Human-Centered Workplace Strategist & Experience Designer
For the past six years, Armela has dedicated herself to her mission: transforming the human experience at work through a multidisciplinary blend of organizational design, leadership development, wellness practices, and employee experience design. She brings a rare combination of strategic insight and soulful presence to the workplace, helping organizations unlock their people’s full potential and create cultures that energize, inspire, and thrive.

Armela Totaj began her professional journey in Finance and Banking, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration. It was during this time that she developed a strong curiosity about human behavior at work and the strategic management practices that influence performance.
Her path took a pivotal turn while working for a global company in Switzerland, where she observed firsthand that traditional Human Resources strategies were no longer enough to truly engage employees or resolve persistent underperformance. This realization became a catalyst for her transformation.
Motivated to find deeper, more human-centered solutions, Armela pursued a Master’s degree in Leadership and Service Design at Novia University in Finland. There, she deepened her understanding of human behavior and explored innovative ways to design organizations and services that go beyond employee engagement to truly elevate the employee experience.
Parallel to her academic and professional growth, Armela embarked on a personal wellness journey through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda, eventually becoming a certified teacher in both disciplines. These practices continue to shape her holistic approach to work and life.
Shaping Future Workforce
During her stay in Finland, Armela expanded her impact by providing training workshops to university students, supporting them in launching meaningful and purpose-driven careers. She also facilitated sessions for start-ups, helping them cultivate workplace cultures where team alignment and diversity are not only respected but celebrated as sources of strength and innovation.
Recognizing the growing need for well-being in the modern workplace, Armela offered wellness sessions for employees—integrating mindfulness, yoga, and Ayurvedic principles—to help individuals recharge, find balance, and sustain positive energy. At the team level, she applied design thinking methods to guide groups through complex challenges, encouraging creative collaboration, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking.
